ACCOMMODATION FOR EMPLOOYEES

Long-term Accommodation 
Mendel University does not dispose of the accommodation capacity for its employees only. The accommodation is possible in case there are vacancies available in the university halls of residence and the condition are the same both for students and for employees. If you want to accommodate, contact the accommodation manager of a particular hall directly.

Short-term Accommodation 
Short-term accommodation is provided on the basis of the confirmed “Short-term Hall Accommodation Reservation” form. You can accommodate in our dormitories if you work for the university in a way and the accommodation is finally charged either on account or in cash before the stay starts, after the working contract with the university is signed. 
The university halls provide some accommodation capacity of hotel type for short-term accommodation for university employees, guests or for the public. The accommodation offers differ in standard (rectorial, hotel type I or II, standard and the others) and price. The accommodation is provided on the basis of reservation and there must be vacancies available. The employee fills in the form “Short-term Hall Accommodation Reservation” and the responsible person from the faculty /department which the employee works for confirms it. The employee then delivers it to the Rectorate to Ms. Plevová.

ACCOMMODATION FOR UNIVERSITY CLIENTS

Accommodation is provided within the accommodation capacity reserved for this purpose. We offer different accommodation standards and prices according to the valid price list until there are vacancies available in the dormitories. 

The guest/employee fills in the form “Short-term Hall Accommodation Reservation” and the responsible person from the faculty /department which the employee works for confirms it. The employee then delivers it to the Rectorate to Ms. Plevová.
